How can I maximise the response rate from clients?
We recommend you mention your EasyTCF e-mail to them in conversation and ask for their help! Most people are keen to help.
For mortgages, just before completion is a good time, before the client becomes too involved in moving and spending!
Should I send more than one questionnaire if a client has bought more than one product?
Ideally yes, although in some cases you might feel one is enough.
How do I unsubscribe from easyTCF?
To cancel your easyTCF subscription, log in to your PayPal account.
Once you can see your Account Overview, you should see a subscription to “IHM Services Limited”.
Click “Details” within that subscription.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Cancel Subscription”.
Please note, only you can cancel your payment subscription. EasyTCF does not have access to your payment account or credit card details.
