  1. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. IHM Services Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as at the date of your first use of this site.
  3. You must only use this site and products purchased for lawful purposes.
  4. This site, the software, names, images and copy are provided without warranty express or otherwise and IHM Services Ltd and its associates will not be held responsible for any damages or consequential loss whatsoever arising out of your use of this site or of the software provided.
  5. IHM Services Ltd and its associates do not guarantee that this site nor its software will be uninterrupted and cannot be responsible for any defects or problems that arise following your downloading of the software.
  6. Documentation may be copied for personal use only; all rights are reserved in respect of documentation and software.
  7. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales only.
  8. Only one 30 day trial system is permitted per user or firm.

Software licence agreement

  1. Continuing use of the system is conditional upon payment of the monthly or annual fee in advance by debit or credit card. Fees paid are non-refundable.
  2. IHM Services Ltd reserves the right to discontinue your use in the event of late or non-payment, or in the event of suspected abuse of the system, and may also terminate services with 30 days prior notice in the event of a planned service shutdown. Termination of your agreement is automatic on non-payment of fees. You may terminate this agreement at any time.
  3. IHM Services Ltd and its associates will not be responsible for any content that you, the user of this software, communicate to your contacts.
  4. IHM Services Ltd and its associates will respect at all times your privacy and your ownership of any logos or information you may upload into the system.
  5. Each system is for use by a single firm or adviser. Multiple firms will require a licence for each entity using the product.
  6. You are not permitted to sell use of the system to any third party.
  7. IHM Services Ltd reserves the right to amend or upgrade the system software at any time without prior notice.
  8. Software support is not provided as standard but may be purchased via IHM Services Ltd. Where purchased, e-mail support is given priority and IHM Services Ltd or its associates will make reasonable efforts to respond within one working day of any request.
  9. IHM Services Ltd or its associates do not accept any liability for end users' use of the system for communicating with third parties.
  10. You may not at any time dis-assemble or otherwise modify the software.
  11. Use of this software is subject to a fair use policy. Fair use is defined solely by IHM Services Ltd. In this instance fair use will include the normal use by a small insurance firm or independent Financial Advisor. Financial networks or larger insurance firms using the system for multiple "represenatives" are likely exceed the usage considered to be "fair". IHM Services Ltd will contact a user to discuss their use or stop access to the software at their own discretion.
