At the end of each month, easyTCF presents you with statistics, analysing client feedback. All you need to do is react - if you have to!
easyTCF works by enabling clients to quickly and easily give online feedback before moving to the next stage of their quotation, contract or policy.
All you have to do is add a client’s name and email address to your easyTCF database then select the appropriate email. A link in each email takes the client to a short questionnaire. Their responses are emailed straight back to you and also collated into a monthly report.
